Hosting Support
We provide support for all websites we host. If you are having issues with your site that you feel is related to your hosting on our servers, please email support@annasweb.com explaining the problem and we will research it and get back to you as soon as possible. Usually within 1 hour, however, depending on issues beyond our control it could take longer.
Issues beyond our control include internet issues which we have no control over such as your internet provider, acts of nature, power outages, etc.
You can always call 310.539.1715 for faster service during regular office hours of 9am to 5pm PST Monday's through Friday's. Weekends call 310.892.1152.
Site Maintenance
We are available for site maintenance on websites we develop or that others have developed. Our fee is $75 per hour for this type of maintenance. Site maintenance includes coding changes to pages, adding images, adding or changing scripts to web pages or anything that has to do with the functionality of your website.
